Anyone have any suggestions or opinions for the best maps of Central America? I am planning on driving from Northern California to Panama soon on a Honda XL500S and still searching for maps of some of the drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The maps for sale here are as good as it will get:

They are kinda sorta accurate. I'd call the company I linked to to order them if you don't have a good local map store - the guy I talked to on the phone was really knowledgeable and fun to talk to.

As soon as you get into Mexico, go to Walmart or an Autozone and buy the Guia Road Atlas - it's the best, in my opinion and we've been driving all over Mexico with 5 different maps and a GPS. The atlas is by far the most accurate and the recent version (if you can find it) is a 2009!
