Driving Central America & South America.
Kerosene?

I was wondering what the main fuel was in South America (butane, kerosene, ect)? We're planning on taking some cooking supplies and lanterns but we weren't sure what the prevalent fuel source is or if it would be best just to wait and buy those things there. We're planning on going through a good portion of the countries in SA. Any help would be awesome.
you can get kerosene and propane almost everywhere. white gas and butane cartridges will be available at major cities near the andes - easy to find at least in mendoza and quito.
